Team Naptown Nannies
Do you love making a difference in children’s lives, making a positive impact on families, and being part of a fun, energetic group of people?!! Naptown Nannies is looking for experienced, energetic, and loving nannies to join our team!
Qualifications
- Passion for working with children
- At least 21 years of age
- At least 3 years of recent childcare experience
- CPR and First Aid certified (Naptown Nannies will help schedule certification if not yet certified)
- Background in Early Childhood Education or Nursing a plus
All our nannies apply using the same process. It’s important to us that we meet face-to-face, making sure that you have plenty of time to ask questions. This process also helps us make sure we find nannies that are the perfect fit.

By maintaining a strong local presence, we provide our nannies with the comfort of our familiarity with the clients, their jobs, and the working environment. Prospective clients are carefully screened through questionnaires and personal interviews. You can be confident that we are sending you to a secure environment where you will be treated as a professional.

Once the application is completely filled out Naptown Nannies will contact you if you meet the qualifications for employment.

Naptown Nannies will set up a face to face interview.

All references will be checked and verified.

Step Five
Background Check: After written permission of applicant Naptown Nannies works with a private investigation firm to do a comprehensive background check including National, State, and County Criminal Checks, Nationwide Sexual Offender, Driving Records, Alias Search, Address Trace, and Social Security Verification.
